Teamworks Staff

The Teamworks staff is comprised of highly skilled facilitators with an average of 40 years of experience. We have worked on five continents; assisting organizations in maximizing their potential. Each facilitator brings their specialized background to every course and focuses on developing a quality program. André Kotzé

Professionally Andre is a trainer, facilitator and organizational development consultant as well as executive within the Teamworks Group of Companies. Andre has a wealth of experience spanning five continents and a variety of sectors in private and public enterprise. As a facilitator and process consultant Andre has worked in the areas of Strategic Planning, Business Process Redesign, Organizational Transformation, Business Improvement and Team Development. As a Trainer he has developed and taught courses in Leadership, Teaming, Facilitation, Systems Thinking and Communication. He is both multilingual and accustomed to working with multi-cultural companies and groups.

Joyce Hartpence Kotzé

(formerly Joyce Hartpence-Warner)

Joyce has been designing and delivering experiential based programs to a multitude of businesses and organizations since 1979. She founded Teamworks Training and Development, Inc. in July of 1992. She has designed and delivered experiential based programs to a multitude of businesses and universities addressing professional development in the areas of communication, decision-making, cooperation and trust. She has presented workshops to: the American Society of Training and Development; the Association of Experiential Education; the National Zero Balancing Conference; Johns Hopkins University; and the Organizational Development Network. Presentations have included: Train the Trainer, Feedback and Communication Skills, and Leadership Development. Additional week long seminars addressed: leadership and group facilitation involving members in the following fields: Organizational Development, Corporate Psychology, Human Resources, and Training and Development.
