There are a number of steps we follow to develop highly successful programs. Please make particular note of the last step: Follow Through. It is often the most important to facilitate long term results.
  1. Needs Assessment

    Includes confidential questionnaires and interviews to identify the current issues facing participants and the company. We also get grounded in your culture by reviewing the organization’s mission, philosophy, past training and other pertinent materials.
  2. Program Design

    The power and intention of our programs first start in the planning process. Often the most exciting and creative part of a program is the design. We meet with key personnel to articulate goals and often address participants pre-program to prime them for the exercise. At Teamworks we believe learning is a life long process and we continually challenge ourselves to invent new high impact programs for our clients.
  3. Program Delivery

    Learning can be risky business, we take the time to set people up for success. We have many exciting programs ranging from strategic group values and building environments of innovation. Most programs run between one to five days and can be very different depending upon the goals and personality of the client. The one common element of our programs is our talented staff and their expert facilitation. They are committed to creating valuable, fun and safe programs. We deliver programs indoors, outdoors and a combination of both. Teamworks will travel nationwide year round delivering programs on your site or ours.
  4. Follow Through

    Critical to the success of any program, the purpose is to examine how participants are applying their newly learned skills back in the workplace. This also is a valuable opportunity to identify other development needs and create action plans to continue organizational progress.
